1. Toplanan veriler ve kullanım amaçları
OrEx Analiz; kullanıcı adı, e-posta, güvenli biçimde özetlenmiş kimlik bilgileri, abonelik planı ve durumu, analiz geçmişi, kullanım istatistikleri, uygulama tercihleri ve bildirim için cihaz tokenını işleyebilir. Bu bilgiler hesap yönetimi ve güvenliği, analiz hizmeti, günlük kullanım hakları, abonelik yönetimi, teknik destek ve bildirimler için kullanılır. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız veya reklam amaçlı kullanmayız.
2. Güvenlik
Şifreler düz metin olarak saklanmaz; güvenli özetleme yöntemleri kullanılır. Verilere erişim hizmetin işletilmesiyle sınırlıdır.
3. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Abonelik ve satın alma işlemlerinde RevenueCat ile Apple App Store veya Google Play, bildirimlerde Expo Push Notification Service kullanılır. Ödemeleri mağazalar işler; ödeme kartı bilgilerini OrEx Analiz sunucularında saklamayız. Bu sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları da geçerlidir.
4. Haklarınız ve hesap silme
Verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme veya veri işlemeye itiraz için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Hesabınızı uygulamada Profil → Hesabımı Sil bölümünden, mevcut şifrenizi girip onaylayarak kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Profil fotoğrafı, kayıtlı filtreler ve analiz geçmişi dahil hesabınıza bağlı kişisel veriler silinir; oturumlarınız geçersiz olur. İşlem geri alınamaz ve e-posta talebi gerekmez.
Hesap silme App Store veya Google Play aboneliğinizi otomatik iptal etmez. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için ilgili mağazada ayrıca iptal edebilirsiniz; abonelik iptali hesap silme için şart değildir. Mağaza ödeme kayıtları sağlayıcı politikalarına tabidir. Kısıtlı erişimli operasyonel kurtarma yedeklerinde eski kopyalar bulunabilir.
5. Cihaz ve bildirimler
Oturum ve uygulama tercihleri cihazınızda saklanabilir. Bildirim iznini cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz. İzni yalnızca profil fotoğrafı veya yetkili editörün maç görseli seçimi için istenen fotoğraflarınıza erişim, seçtiğiniz görselleri yüklemek amacıyla kullanılır.
6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulabilir. Sorularınız ve talepleriniz için [email protected] adresine yazın.
1. Data and purposes
OrEx Analiz may process your username, email, securely hashed credentials, subscription plan and status, analysis history, usage statistics, app preferences and device push token. We use this information to provide and secure accounts, analysis, daily usage allowances, subscription management, support and notifications. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
2. Security
Passwords are not stored in plain text; they are securely hashed. Access to data is restricted to operating the service.
3. Service providers
RevenueCat and Apple App Store or Google Play support subscriptions and purchases; Expo Push Notification Service supports notifications. Stores process payments; we do not store payment card details on OrEx Analiz servers. These providers have their own privacy policies.
4. Your rights and account deletion
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your data or to object to processing. In the app, go to Profile → Delete My Account, enter your current password and confirm to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile photo, saved filters and analysis history. Sessions are revoked. This cannot be undone and does not require an email request.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel separately in the relevant store to stop renewals; cancellation is not a condition of account deletion. Store payment records follow the providers' policies. Restricted operational recovery backups may still contain older copies.
5. Device data, notifications and photos
Session data and preferences may be kept on your device. You can revoke notification permission in device settings. Access to your selected photos is used to upload a profile picture or, for authorized editors, a match image.
