OrEx Analiz hesap, uygulama, analiz ve abonelik sorunları için bize yazın. Yaşadığınız sorunu, cihazınızı ve uygulama sürümünü belirtmeniz yardımcı olur. Şifrenizi veya ödeme bilgilerinizi e-postayla göndermeyin.

Uygulamada giriş yapın ve Profil → Hesabımı Sil yolunu izleyin. Mevcut şifrenizi girip onaylayarak hesabınızı ve ilişkili kişisel verilerinizi silebilirsiniz. Hesap silme için e-posta göndermeniz gerekmez. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız destek adresimizden yardım isteyebilirsiniz.
Abonelikler
Hesap silme, Apple veya Google aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için aboneliğinizi satın aldığınız mağazada ayrıca yönetin. İptal, hesap silmenin ön koşulu değildir.
Get help
Contact us about OrEx Analiz accounts, app issues, analysis and subscriptions. Please include your device, app version and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or payment details by email.

Sign in and open Profile → Delete My Account. Enter your current password and confirm to delete your account and associated personal data. An email request is not required. If you cannot access the app, contact support for assistance.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage your subscription in the store where you purchased it to stop renewal. Cancellation is not required to delete your account.
